Dr. Deal grew up in Peoria, Illinois and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology/Microbiology at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign in 1993. In 1997, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago. Dr. Deal then practiced general dentistry for one year in Homewood, Illinois, before returning to complete his endodontic specialty training at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 2000.
Dr. Deal was a clinical instructor/associate professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in the Histology, Restorative, and Endodontic departments between 1997 and 2000. He also practiced general dentistry at multiple locations throughout the Chicagoland area during that time frame.
In 2000, Dr. Deal moved to Colorado and joined Endodontic Associates where he was a partner/owner for 19 years. In 2020, Dr Deal started his own practice, Endodontics of Castle Rock.
Dr. Deal resides in Castle Rock with his wife Rebecca and enjoys many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer including golfing, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. They have two grown children and two English bulldogs.
